Do you love Halloween as much as we do? Looking for another opportunity to wear your awesome costume? Join us for Boo at the Zoo to assist us handing out candy at stations and running fun games and learning about our animals! We are currently recruiting groups to volunteer for one day's fun. Must be 14 years of age to volunteer. Single volunteers are accepted, as well as clubs, groups of friends or co-workers.
We have available shifts at 11:30 - 3 PM on weekends in October, and groups can serve more than one date.

Description
Elmwood Park Zoo was established in 1924 when a local farmer transferred 16 acres and a small menagerie to the Borough of Norristown. Today, the Zoo is owned and operated by the Norristown Zoological Society, a non-profit organization whose mission is to foster an appreciation of wildlife and their habitat that will inspire active participation in conservation. Under the Society’s careful management, Elmwood Park Zoo has attained the elite status as one of only 225 institutions accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums.
