October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. To bring awareness to the community, YWCA ties purple ribbons on posts and trees along the downtown blocks of the city and villages in Preble County and rural Montgomery County. Help us spread awareness by tying ribbons. This activity is perfect for individuals and groups of all ages!
Where: Downtown blocks of Eaton, Lewisburg, New Paris, Camden, Gratis and West Alexandria, West Manchester, Eldorado, College Corner, West Elkton, Verona, Phillipsburg, Brookville, New Lebanon, Germantown and Farmersville. Choose the area that work best for you!
Days: Any day of the week, between September 25th and October 5th * We will also need assistance with taking the ribbons down at the end of October (by November 3rd).
