We also provide coordination of case plans, advocacy and linkages to community resources to assist our clients and to prevent premature institutionalization
Description
Services Now for Adult Persons Volunteer program is two-fold.
1. We help active senior citizens find volunteer opportunities in the community.
2. We recruit any age volunteers to assist homebound and more frail senior citizens in their every day needs. From just having tea and chatting to shoveling snow, all volunteers are so welcome and so appreciated.
