We need your help to make this event a huge success!
The Taste of Tucker is an annual event that brings restaurants, businesses, and community members together for food music and a good time. Proceeds will help us, Camp Kudzu, provide more children living with type 1 diabetes with scholarships to go to camp.
Camp Kudzu, one of the largest diabetes camps in the country, educates, empowers and inspires children living with type 1 diabetes (T1D) through summer camp and weekend programs.
Kids learn best when they are relaxed and having fun - which is exactly what happens at Camp Kudzu. Since 1999, we’ve been making kids’ lives better. Research has shown that children who have access to quality diabetes management education at a young age can reduce their risk of diabetes-related complications. No child should have to suffer in adulthood the complications of diabetes that could have been avoided with support and education.
Camp Kudzu is an independent, nonprofit organization based in Georgia.

Description
Camp Kudzu is a camp for children and adolescents with diabetes in Georgia. It will provide camp and recreational experiences that promote self-confidence, personal growth, and development, so that the camper can lead a normal life, taking charge of diabetes as merely one of life's challenges. Camp will be a fun and safe environment where bonds of friendship form and positive role models nurture campers' development .
