Do you have a love of nature, science, and hands-on learning that you want to share with others? Then we might just have the perfect volunteer opportunity for you at Lagoon Watch, a Live Oak Library branch program.
Lagoon Watch is a STEAM based SCPL and UCSC collaborative program that invites school-aged children and adults to conduct old-fashioned nature studies of the Corcoran Lagoon. As a volunteer, you will assist with gathering up supplies at the start of the program and assisting with hands on science, nature, and art activities.
Saturdays (9:30am-12:30pm may leave early,) Sept. 15 - Dec. 15th.
