Join us at Peach Road for the spookiest night of the year! Witches, ghosts, goblins and everyone else are welcome to participate in our child-friendly Halloween event with games and activities, prizes and more.Event is 6:00-7:30pm
Volunteer Impact: Volunteers will be helping create a safe environment where young children of the community can enjoy Halloween activities.
Volunteer Duties: Set up, run activities such as Candy Pong, face painting, haunted obstacle and other games. Pass out candy, break down and clean up event.
Work Environment: Most activities will be indoors however some may be outside around the building. This event is popular and the building will be crowded and loud. There will be restrooms on site.
Volunteer Requirements: Volunteers must be at least 15 years old. All volunteers will need to fill out a release form. Anyone under the age of 18 will need a parent or guardian to sign their form as well.
Special Instructions: PG rated Costumes are expected of the volunteers (think 'Scooby-Doo’ level of scary).
**Registration as a volunteer is first come, first served. If interested in registering a group, please email mary.owens@raleighnc.gov . We require a list of names and their email addresses to hold spots for groups.*
Per department policy this event cannot count towards court-appointed or suggested community service hours.
