We are seeking fun-loving volunteers in a variety of roles for when the dragons descend at the first-ever White River Dragon Boat Races! Roles include calling teams to the start, assisting paddlers safely in and out of their boats, running scores to the scoreboard, and general event logistics (parking and wayfinding assistance, paddler check-in, etc.) Volunteers will receive a parking pass, comfy t-shirt, Klean Kanteen water bottle, snacks, camaraderie - and the good feeling that comes from helping preserve and protect the White River! Prior to the event, we will do a short volunteer orientation via conference call. Calls will be offered on 2-3 different dates/times in order to accommodate a variety of schedules.
