HHP is seeking a Health Research Specialist who is highly-motivated, knowledgeable, accurate and dependable. This position will be responsible for online research of various health conditions and the experiences of patients and their caregivers. The ideal applicant will possess strong research capabilities combined with exceptional written communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Research - Within predetermined guidelines, research factors of various health conditions, including but not limited to, common causes, symptoms, and treatments
• Health Summaries - Prepare written summaries on specific health conditions for both internal and external use
• Survey Development - Assist with the development of condition-specific health surveys
• Teamwork - Work in tandem with other HHP health researchers
• Meetings - Attend weekly online project status meetings

Essential Skills

• Excellent research skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience with Google applications (Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• A good team player with a flexible approach
• Dependable, highly motivated, and self-driven
• Experience within the healthcare industry

Requirements:

• Patient-centered research approach
• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• Fluent in English
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills, record-keeping and reporting
• Comfortable working online
• Access to reliable high-speed internet connection
