Memories in the Making(R) is a FREE art program that provides people experiencing early-stage Alzheimer’s and Dementia with a forum to express themselves through watercolor painting and drawing. Memories in the Making(R) is led by a trained artist. Because there are no mistakes in art, creativity and fun are the primary focus.
We are looking for a watercolor artist to facilitate a Memories in the Making series. Memories in the Making(R) is a FREE art program that provides people experiencing early-stage Alzheimer’s and Dementia with a forum to express themselves through watercolor painting and drawing. The classes are once a week for 6-8 weeks. Training in the Memories in the Making (R) program as well as in dementia will be provided.
