ROLE PURPOSE
Lead the full cycle of projects on Job Descriptions and Policies and Procedures.
HOURS PER WEEK & COMMITMENT- 6 hours for this role in addition to 2 - 5 hours for ROGO classes, journaling and reading per week.
- Monday through Friday 9am-5pm, flexible schedule
- Job Descriptions
- Generating a full scale project of updating Job Descriptions for each current and future role across the organization.
- Work with Managers to develop and create new and update old job descriptions.
- Create a system for cataloging all job descriptions by department. Accountability to ensure once all are completed, each staff member signs and returns their job description to Human Resources
- Policies and Procedures
- Update from the old branding into our new branding a policy and procedure template.
- Update or maintain the current system for cataloging all policies and procedures.
- Communicate and roll out the the access to our policies and procedures across the organization
- You are all about the details and love accountability.
- You love the idea of creating systems that make sense.
- Not afraid to work with managers and make suggestions.
