Bay Area public schools do not offer animal science or animal biology programs for our urban students. As A result, thousands of students who want to experience animals or have a career in veterinary science don't get the opportunity.
City Horse wants to change that!
City Horse is a small nonprofit program that teaches under-represented, low-income students to ride horses and learn about animals - free of charge. City Horse is starting Bingo night every other Tuesday in Berkeley from 5pm to 10:30pm. This fundraiser will help raise money for our programs.
I am looking for twenty-five (25) volunteers to help host the ongoing event. Volunteers can help the entire shift (5pm to 10pm) or 3 hour shifts (5pm to 9pm/ 8pm to 10;30pm).
Food and drinks will be provided for all volunteers. City Horse is a small nonprofit, but our goal is to make a big impact on our students.
Bingo night is really fun and it is perfect for community groups small and large. If you are a part of a small group and are looking for ways to raise money, please contact me. Thank you for viewing this volunteer opportunity.
Please contact us and sign up to volunteer today.
