Child Care Associates operates the majority of the head start programs in Tarrant County. We have volunteer opportunities for those looking to foster early education for the economically disadvantaged. We have positions for individuals, groups and teaching students needing to achieve practicum hours.
Available hours are Mon-Fri from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Interact and help teach children ages 2 to 5.
- Assist with playground activities
- Assist with meal time and handwashing
- Art Projects
- Music and circle time
- Be a door greeter
- Assist in the office
- Maintain the lending library

CHILD CARE ASSOCIATES HAS SERVED OVER 568,393 VULNERABLE YOUNG CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES SINCE ITS ESTABLISHMENT IN 1968.
We have 23 campuses, and have head start programs in 75 ISD classrooms.
