Join us and help review current programs, services, and needs for Alzheimer's care in the St. George area and guide the work that helps area residents (older adults and their families).
We are looking for a group of four to six people with a passion and drive to make a difference.
We'll train you and give you access to a wealth of materials and information so you can make an impact in the lives of people right here in Southern Utah.
The need is great; 5.7 million Americans are living with Alzheimer's and 16 million Americans provide care for people with Alzheimer's. It is the 6th leading cause of death in the United States, and 4th leading cause of death in Utah.
Washington County has a high percent of adults over the age of 65 (over 25%) so the need is huge.
Join us in the work to end Alzheimer's. YOU will make a difference.
