The Rotary Club of El Paso would like to thank you for your time and consideration in helping with this great fund raiser. We could not do this without the help of all of you who have volunteered. We are asking that each volunteer attend at least one of our meetings for the event for instructions on what you will be asked to do for the event. We will not allow any "walk up" volunteers on the day of the event. If you cannot make a meeting and truly want to help you must contact the volunteer coordinator to make arrangements and receive your instructions.
Each Volunteer will be given a T-shirt, wine glass, tasting tray, and a color coded wrist band. The wrist bands will be used by our security volunteers to identify entrant’s status. Set up will begin Friday afternoon in Downtown El Paso. All volunteers will be asked to park and enter at the designated area as directed by security. Pourers and sales volunteers will be asked to be at the park by 11am. Our doors will open at noon and the event ends at 4pm. We will ask all pourers to help in taking down their table and signage at the end of the event. Immediately following the event we will have a volunteer celebration with plenty of wine and food.
In order to ensure we have the proper amount of staff on hand we are asking each volunteer to sign this volunteer agreement. If you would like to make an additional donation to the event please let us know in the space provided.

- Youth Service recognizes the importance of empowering youth and young professionals through leadership development programs such as Rotaract, Interact, Rotary Youth Leadership Awards, and Rotary Youth Exchange.
