Sales / Partnership Lead

with track to become Sales Director or Partnership Chair

7-8 hours / week

1.5 -2 hrs - team meeting + associated tasks

5-6 hrs / week - sales / partnership specific tasks


Fall
- matching season - August 12 th to September 16 th

Winter - matching season - November 28 th through January 12 th

Spring / Summer - matching season - March 11 th to April 14 th


Responsibilities:


Area I: Sales

Area I: Sales


  • Serves as team point of contact with external student consultants on projects focused on customer definition, market segmentation, strategy development
  • Works with incubator advisors, external consultants, and Executive Director to set and implement strategies to acquire: (i) parent and student clients directly , and (ii) partnerships to acquire clients (ex: with schools, tutoring centers, etc.); may involve cold-calling, in-person meetings ( transport covered by company )
  • Serves as face of company to prospective clients; details process and benefits of program
  • Works with Executive Director to builda standardprocess to acquire clients , training materials, and e-learning for sales leads

Area II: Partnerships

  • Follows existing company process to reach out to nonprofits students were matched with in a seasonal match cycle
  • Works directly with nonprofit organization to conceptualize and build a new service internship program using existing opportunities, and feasible new ones
  • Serves as face of company to prospective nonprofit and community organization partners; details process and benefits of partnership
  • Works with QA Director to determine how to optimize and streamline partnership creation process and offerings - revises and optimizes partnership materials accordingly
  • Builds training materials, and e-learning for partnership leads
