We want your opinion on a new service idea!
Silver Key is researching the option of providing our clients with a choice of getting a ride with a Silver Key volunteer in their car. We will be holding focus group discussions with potential volunteer drivers to get their opinions about this possible service. This type of rideshare transportation service could help Silver Key Reserve & Ride clients by providing increased ride availability during the day, evenings and weekends.

What is it?
You’re invited to participate in a focus group discussion to get your opinions about a proposed additional ride service where Silver Key Reserve & Ride clients could choose to get rides from volunteers who are driving their own vehicles in order to expand ride availability through Silver Key during the day, evenings and weekends.
Who can participate?
Anyone who may have an interest in volunteering to drive their own vehicle to provide rides to adults age 60+ who need transportation services.
When is it?
Wednesday, September 26, 2018
10 -11:30 am (with lunch afterwards at Silver Key Connections Café at 11:45 am)
OR
12:30 pm (with lunch beforehand at Silver Key Connections Café at 11:45 am)
OR
5:30 pm (with light meal served during the discussion)
Where is it?
Silver Key Community Rooms, 1655 South Murray Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80916
How long will it last?
Each focus group discussion will last 1 ½ hours.

Contact Silver Key at 719-884-2300 or email info@silverkey.org to let us know you’re interested in participating in the VOLUNTEER DRIVER FOCUS GROUP. We’ll need your name, phone number, email address and which focus group time(s) you can attend.
Silver Key will contact everyone who indicates an interest in participating by the middle of September to either confirm your attendance or let you know if you’ve been placed on a waiting list. At that time, we’ll also confirm whether you would like a complimentary Silver Key Connections Café meal. We appreciate you helping us as we work to expand ride availability for our clients.
