We are a non profit, all volunteer organisation looking for cat lovers to help us take care of our cats displayed at the Pacific Beach Petco. All of our cats are rescue cats, many from High Kill shelters looking to find their forever home. Many of our cats are coming of the euthanasia list or certain death on the street. While Petco lets us display our cats at their store, the daily care, such as cleaning the condos, litter boxes, feeding them, playing with them and cuddling them is up to us volunteers.
You will take one day a week and spend about 2 hours with the kitties. You must be at least 17 years old or come with an adult.
You must be super reliable and make at least a 6 months commitment. Our cats depend on us.
This is a great opportunity to do with a friend and also collect community credits for school.
If you are interested, please contact Marion Stone at mmstone1@cox.net or 858-722-9101.
CATS (Cat AdopTion Service)has taken over this store just a while ago and we are looking forward to hear from you.
