Volunteer Opportunity: OFFICE POSITIONS
- Support Services Specialist
- Prevention Follow-Up Support Staff

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking two or three volunteers:
- A self-motivated Support Services Specialist to perform office support tasks, which includes data entry for all incoming donations and volunteer areas. This is an ideal position for anyone seeking to increase his or her office skills and is passionate about ending homelessness. No previous experience is required. We will train and always have a staff member available for any questions. The qualified volunteer will create his or her own schedule that falls within the business hours of 9am- 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will volunteer 2-4 hours of their time on a weekly basis.
- A self-motivated Prevention follow-up support staff member who will perform tasks, which include, Call back to clients who have gotten assistance from our programs. Email clients, record the Data into files on the computer for data collection purposes. Staff will be trained have their own quiet work area. This person needs to dedicate 2-3 days of consistent work to be able to volunteer for this position. Follow up calls and data collection are vital to our organization.
