Be Anything! is an innovative program that propels "Take your Child to Work Day" to a new level. Help a child explore the careers that excite them - do they want to be an architect, veterinarian, fireman, meteorologist? Are they unsure, but excited to try new career experiences?
Guests can bid on over 50 career-related experiences with local professionals, offered in their place of work. The Be Anything! auction opens on September 23 and closes September 28. Bidding takes place online - so its easy to access!
Help support this fundraiser for the PlayHouse Children's Museum by volunteering at the adult-only Cocktails & Careers at Trailside Event Center. Volunteers will help by checking in guests, assisting guests with bidding, and more! It's going to be a really fun event where event adults get the chance to Be Anything!

The fundamental responsibilities of the Park District are:
*to provide Peoria area residents with opportunities for wholesome recreational activities, high quality facilities and a wide variety of programs to aid in satisfying diverse interests.
*conserve the natural resoursces of Peoria for the enjoyment of today's residents, as well as future generations. This includes restoration of natural and open spaces in older sections of the city.
*to be the guardian of a quality environment for Peoria area residents while encouraging the restoration, conservation, and preservation of aesthetic values in the community.
