Key Responsibilities:

The Market Research Service Intern will focus on marketing research and competitive intelligence, work primarily with Donor Experience staff and make valuable contributions to our life-saving work. The person in this role will support key Donor Experience initiatives by collecting data on consumers, competitors, and the marketplace, and consolidate the information into actionable insights. This one-year, hands-on internship offers the opportunity to gain experience in non-profit organizations, market research, market profiles, competitive intelligence, primary research methodologies, survey development, and knowledge management. It also allows the intern to leverage this experience as a class project.
