Saturday, November 2 Black Tie Dinner from 6-11pm Location: Sheraton 400 N. Olive, Dallas
Each year, the Black Tie Dinner Board of Directors selects up to 20 North Texas beneficiaries and 1 National beneficiary, the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, to receive proceeds from that year's dinner. To date, Black Tie Dinner has distributed over $17 million for our beneficiaries.
Shift 1: Thursday, October 31 Set-up: 5-10pm
Shift 2: Friday, November 1 Set -up: 9am-1pm or 1-5pm
Shifts 3: Cocktail Party, Friday, November 1 Silent Auction: 7-10pm
Attire: Business casual/ cocktail
Shift 4: Saturday Evening Dinner, November 2; Time Slots: Silent Auction 4-8pm, 5-9 pm or 8:30pm -12am
*Attire: white and black cocktail attire
Shift 5: Sunday, November 3 Pack-up silent auction items 8:30am-12pm or 11pm-2pm
