Habitat Broward

You can be part of our ReStore donations team for one day! The Restore is a nonprofit home improvement store and donation center that sells new and gently used furniture, appliances, home accessories, building materials and more to the public at a fraction of the original retail price. Proceeds from the store are used to help Habitat Broward partner families build better lives for themselves.
We just received a very generous donation of furniture and we need volunteers like you to help our team pick it up!. We need volunteers to be at our ReStore, located at 505 West Broward Boulevard, in Fort Lauderdale, at 8:45am, after signing in, volunteers will be riding with our crew in one of our trucks to a condo, where they will help us load our truck with all the donated items. After the truck is loaded, volunteers will come back with the crew to the ReStore, around 1:00pm, to help us unload the truck.
If you are 18 or older, have no weight lifting restrictions, and want to spend one morning helping our team, while helping us fund our mission of building homes, communities and hope for more families in Broward County, this is a great opportunity for you!. To sign up, please contact Pilar Esteban, Volunteer Engagement Coordinator, at pilar@habitatbroward.org.
