Come Jingle with us and be Jolly for a Reason!!! The Arthritis Foundation annual Jingle Bell Run Manasota will be held on Saturday December 15, 2018 at Nathan Benderson Park in Sarasota. We are excited that we are moving back to an evening race this year!

We need a strong team to be there at 12:00pm-4:00PM to help set up tables, chairs, signs at site and along route, water stations and unload the truck.
This team will need to also be back at the end of the event to break-down event (same thing we did at set up but in reverse). This team will need to make sure all supplies are packed neatly and orderly as we have to use these supplies at our next event.
NOTE: We'll decide on a return time as we get closer.

Each area of the event will be responsible for setting up their area with decorations, supplies etc. (will be supplied by Arthritis Foundation). At the end of the event the team working each area will be responsible for breaking down the area..........packing up all supplies neatly and orderly as we have to use these same supplies at the next event.

We need an organized, leader for each area that will oversee all the volunteers in your area, making sure they are staying on task, interacting with the participants as they visit your area, and at the end repacking all supplies neatly and orderly.
Arrival time will depend on the area you are working. The times will be staggered every 15 minutes so we can spend a little time with each area. Introducing the Lead for the area and going over expectations.

These teams will begin arriving at 3:00PM.

The areas of the event are:
1. Volunteer Check-In/Greeter
2. Registration
3. T-shirts
4. Kids Zone
5. Silent Auction
6. Food-Beverage
7. Team Tailgate (top fundraising teams)
8. Runners
9. Water Stops
10. Cheerleaders

Any school groups that would like to volunteer, such as cheerleaders, dance, key club, sports teams, etc. This is a great way for you to get your volunteer hours needed.

If you would like to volunteer for any of these areas please contact Bobbie Studdard at bstuddard@arthritis.org.
Please include your name, telephone number, email address, age (there will be alcohol in a few locations and I can't have anyone under 21 working in this area), t-shirt size (in case we are able to get volunteer t-shirts donated).
