OurMusicMyBody is a collaborative campaign between Resilience (formerly Rape Victim Advocates) and Between Friends working to end sexual violence in the music scene of Chicago and beyond. We partner with music venues and festivals to educate their staff on how to support survivors and assist their leadership in establishing anti-violence policies and procedures. Further, OMMB provides a physical presence at festivals and venues to promote consensual and safe music experiences for all.

OurMusicMyBody is seeking volunteers who can commit to attending no less than 6 concerts or fests per year where they will be expected to engage with fans, communicate our mission, educate on harassment and consent, offer advocacy for survivors when necessary and make buttons promoting the mission. Volunteers will be offered various other opportunities to engage with the mission as they arise.

In order to attend concerts, volunteers must attend ONE of the following trainings: Wednesday June 5 or Saturday June 8, 2019.
