Want to give back to your community and directly support your neighbors? We have an opening of a front desk client services position, and we are looking to fill our Monday afternoon shift from 12:30 to 3 pm. This volunteer role works directly with clients here at our clothing and food bank in the office. The role includes checking clients into their appointments, doing general customer service and answering phone calls, and serving as a Helpline ambassador to walk in inquiries from clients and the public. Are you interested? This is a hands on position and incredibly rewarding! We provide extensive onboarding, training and support, and are a warm, welcoming, and flexible team committed to preventing homelessness and creating a dignified experience for all those who seek our services. This position is best filled by someone who is open to learning, patient, fun, and willing to commit about one year of service.
