We are looking for 1-2 friendly and energetic individuals to help staff our front desk and assist our team with day-to-day administrative projects, specifically on Thursdays and/or Fridays. Shifts can be 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and/or 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
This is a great opportunity to practice or use communication and computer skills in a comfortable office environment, work as part of a team and independently, and be a part of a nationwide network of humanitarians delivering life-saving services.
Responsibilities include...
- managing incoming calls and visitors to the chapter,
- providing information and direction for inquiries,
- coaching callers and visitors to access Red Cross services and activities,
- providing basic administrative/project support for other departments during idle times.
