Day of Event Area Leads

It is time to be Jolly for a Reason! The Arthritis Foundation Tampa is looking for volunteers to be the Lead for the following areas of the Jingle Bell Run Tampa on Saturday, December 1, 2018 Volunteer Check-In/Greeters, Silent Auction, Kids Zone, Team Tailgate/Cheerleaders.

The Lead will be in charge of the area, this will include setting up area, interacting with the participants when they are in your area, giving instructions to other volunteers in your area - keeping them on task while having fun, at the end breaking down the area you are in packing up supplies in a neat and orderly fashion as we'll be using these same supplies at another event the following week. Each area will have more specific instructions which I'll cover with the person that becomes the Lead.

I'd like to meet with all of the Lead Volunteers prior to event to go over the area they will be working. Giving them details of the area, what the expectations of that area are.
Day of event arrival times for each area will be staggered so I can spend a little time with each area.
I'll introduce the Lead to other volunteers in their area.
