No one should pass away alone and at Aurora at Home Hospice we will do everything in our power to ensure this. Vigil Volunteers provide companionship when it is needed most. Sit with a patient during their last moments and help ease anxiety and fear. Provide companionship by offering your presence and touch. Specialized training is provided, no experience necessary. Very flexible schedule.
Safety is our #1 priority, so a background check and health history will need to be completed.
