CASA of Jefferson & Gilpin Counties serves abused and neglected children in the area. CASA volunteers meet with the children once a week, advocate for their best interests, and report back to the Judge involved in their court case. Currently, we only have CASA's on thirty percent of the cases in Jefferson and Gilpin Counties. We are in desperate need of more dedicated volunteers!

Description
CASA of Jefferson & Gilpin is a Friend of the Court model child advocacy program serving abused and neglected children involved in Dependency and Neglect cases filed by Social Services. Volunteers work independent of the social service and legal systems to serve, advocate, and speak up for the best interest of these vulnerable children in Jefferson & Gilpin Counties, Colorado.
