Living Grace Homes has two residential homes in the Green Valley area of Henderson. Pregnant young women, age 14-24 are provided housing, transportation, and a variety of other services in a residential setting.
Living Grace Homes provides transportation to necessary appointments defined as:
Legal, transporting to either Regional Justice Center or Family Court, new moms do not need to be looking over their shoulder wondering if they are going to be picked up because of a minor infraction.
Medical, most residents go to the Doctor or mental health providers generally, but not always in the Henderson area.
Welfare and WIC appointments, again, mostly in the Henderson area.
Enrollment in an education program,
Job interviews
Drivers must have clean driving record. Be able to pass background check, and know their way around the Henderson and greater Las Vegas area.

The teaching of the dignity of human life provides the indispensable foundation for this entire undertaking. Providing residential shelter for pregnant young women 14-22 who are homeless or in danger of becoming homeless as a result of their pregnancy. Assisting with education, counseling, job placement, pre-natal care, and life skills.

Description

Living Grace Home is a residential home for pregnant young women. We provide shelter with 24/7 supervision. Education support, pre-natal support, job skills and life skills for women from 14-22.

Living Grace Home has beds for six pregnant teens. They come at various stages of pregnancy and may stay for two months after the birth of their baby. During their stay they are provided with access and assistance in finishing their education, getting the necessary pre-natal care, and assessing their needs for housing, job placement, and parenting skills.

Classes are offered both on site and in conjunction with other local non-profits. We also partner with local medical facilities to care for the health of both mother and child.
