Event Description:
Put on your best family-friendly costume and join us for a fun evening of spectacular music, fun, games, and treats! (No tricks!) Fun for the whole family!
Volunteer Impact: Volunteers will have the opportunity to interact and serve families within our Community by leading games and activities for all families participating in this Fall Festival type Event.
Volunteer Duties: Volunteers are needed to help assist with arts, crafts, and games during this event. Duties may included setting up crafts and games area, assisting participants with projects, setting up and breaking down both before and after the event.
Work Environment: This event will take place in our gymnasium that could be loud at times due to music and number of people in the gymnasium. Restrooms are available at the end of the hall outside the gymnasium.
VolunteerRequirements: Volunteers must be at least 14 years of age to participate. All volunteers will need to fill out a release form. If under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must sign this form as well. Per department policy this event cannot count towards court-appointed or suggested community service hours.
Special Instructions: Volunteers can dress up in family friendly costumes or simply wear comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes for this event.
**Registration as a volunteer is first come, first served. If interested in registering a group, please email mary.owens@raleighnc.gov . We require a list of names and their email addresses to hold spots for groups.*
Per department policy this event cannot count towards court-appointed or suggested community service hours.
