Did you know that our library collection is so diverse that we loan thousands of items to other libraries around the country, and we borrow from their collections as well? It's pretty cool to see what libraries we are sharing with and what we are sharing.
Would you like to open those packages for us and feel like it's Christmas every day?
There is a need Tuesday through Thursday to unveil and sort these literary treasures.
Times are flexible. A regular schedule of a minimum 2 hour shift per volunteer per week is desired. Training on sorting the materials is provided.

Public libraries in Idaho seek to engage the talents, skills and commitment of volunteers to serve the communities information and literacy needs. Libraries offer a variety of skilled volunteer opportunities to make a meaningful contribution to library programs, operations, fundraising events and other community engagement functions. Skilled volunteers have opportunities to lead projects, work with teams of staff and volunteers, learn new skills, and have fun.
