We are looking for a jazz ensemble to donate their talents at our annual gala on April 30th at the American Visionary Arts Museum. We are a small non-profit group that provides uplifting programs to critically ill children. Our Annual Gala is the largest fundraising event of the year and it brings in about 450 guests. We are looking for a jazz group to play for about an hour during the cocktail hour. In exchange we offer you free food, a good cause, and a fun evening.

Mission Statement
The Casey Cares Foundation provides uplifting programs to critically ill children and their families. Through our programs, we work to lighten the burden of planning an evening out or a weekend away for families that are overwhelmed with an illness in the family. With our Family Festivities Program, we give families a night out on the town, the Birthday Blast Program surprises children with a special gift on their birthday, our Kami's Jammies Program supports children by giving them a fresh pair of pajamas, and our Better Together Program encourages families who have lost a child to continue participation in our programs an additional year.

The Casey Cares Foundation reaches out to critically ill children and their families by customizing uplifting and gratifying activities. It is the little pleasures in life that can make a big impact on families who must make everyday count.
