Hello Park Friends!!! Exciting News!!! Snooze, an A.M. Eatery, our latest community partner, is hosting a benefit breakfast for Dallas Parks Foundation and we are in need of volunteers to help greet and accept donations.

Two hour shifts are available starting at 7:30 AM.

Shift 1 - 7:30 AM until 9:30 AM
Shift 2 - 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM
Shift 3 - 10:30 AM until 12:30 PM
Shift 4 - 12:00 PM until 1:30 PM

If you can work a double or more - please let me know.

This is a great opportunity for Snoozers to test their training and meet Dallas Parks Foundation donors, family, and friends. 100% of donations made by guests will go directly to Dallas Parks Foundation.

Mission Statement

The Dallas Parks Foundation was organized in 2004 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a mission to achieve a premier citywide system of parks* that is sustainable throughout the 21st century by: 1) Securing and administering private funds to enhance and maintain parks throughout Dallas, 2) Promoting increased public funding for the Dallas park system as a whole, 3) Increasing community awareness of, stewardship of and participation in all Dallas parks. *To include public open spaces not within the Dallas Parks system.

Description

Great cities are known for their grand public places and great parks. It is the intention of the Dallas Parks Foundation to work alongside the Dallas Park and Recreation Department and the Dallas Park Board to recover the quality and prestige of the Dallas park system, regain the confidence and enthusiasm of our citizens and reposition Dallas Parks once again as a recognized state and national leader.
