The Illumignossi Project is a nonprofit that uses lamp making workshops to illuminate life's journey. Our product - unique, beautiful paper-lined lamps made by our participants - and the tools used to make the lamps require several dozen direct and indirect components. We would love to have help creating a BOM system to track and cost all of our components. Of course, there's more if you and/or others you know are interested - helping us design and implement an inventory control and cost accounting system, etc...and because we're a small nonprofit, accomplish all of this without costly software.

The Illumiginossi Project (TIP) illuminates life’s journey and spreads light through innovative lamp making workshops that share wisdom, create connections and inspire. From cradle to grave, we have different initiatives that shed light and provide comfort for life's dark, challenging passages or honor and celebrate its important milestones. Through a process that fosters conversation and community, our participants create beautiful, illuminated paper lamps that embody intention and meaning, while exploring and nurturing their inner light so they can reflect and share it with others. The lamps serve as a long-lasting beacon, each lamp a unique expression of its creator’s intention to bring more light to the world.
TIP is a young, entrepreneurial nonprofit that seeks sustainability through program revenues, utilizing a subscription model; and also through ongoing donations from a sister for-profit, Illumignossi, which sells lamp kits, lamps and illuminated products and donates half its profits to TIP. We hope to be a model for other startup nonprofits.
