PSS is seeking a professional photographer to take headshots of the seven members of the senior management team of our 50+ year old NYC not for profit organization that strengthens the capacity of older New Yorkers, their families, and communities to thrive. We are developing a totally new website and these photos will add personality to our story.
We can schedule a single time and location for the photographer to shoot all 7 members of the senior management team.
About us: PSS, founded in 1962, is an innovative, multi-service agency whose mission is to strengthen the capacity of older New Yorkers, their families, and communities to thrive. PSSLife! University’s educational programs and activities at our nine local centers and other locations help older adults stay healthy, engaged, and connected. PSS Circle of Care offers free critical services and support throughout all five New York City boroughs for caregivers of those who are frail, chronically ill, or have memory loss. The PSS/WSF Grandparent Family Apartments is the first residence built in the U.S. specifically for grandparents raising grandchildren. Alberta L. Alston House and Fort Schuyler House also provide residential apartments. The PSS Kinship Caregivers program delivers a range of free services to young and old. The Coming of Age program inspires people 50+ to live with passion and purpose. Description
PSS was founded in 1962 as Presbyterian Senior Services by volunteers to serve older members of their church community. Today, PSS is an innovative, multi-service nonprofit 501(c)(3) agency whose mission is to strengthen the capacity of older New Yorkers, their families, and communities to thrive. PSS has over 70 dedicated staff and over 250 committed volunteers and interns. With a $6+ million annual budget, we are able to run ten busy community centers for older adults, family caregiver and kinship family support programs through PSS Circle of Care, two residences - including the first one purposefully built for grandparents raising grandchildren - and Coming of Age NYC’s popular educational programs that inspire adults 50+ to live with passion and purpose.
