BayPath Elder Services is currently looking for a Meals on Wheels volunteer driver to pick up meals at the Ashland Community/Senior Center or the Natick Community/Senior Center on Tuesdays weekly and deliver to 5 elders in Sherborn & Dover. Meals are picked up at 10:15 and the route takes 1.5 hours on average. Volunteers are not required to return to the center after deliveries are completed. Volunteers must have their own transportation, insurance, be 18+ years old, clean driving record and pass a criminal background check. Children accompanied by adults are welcome to help deliver!

Description
Springwell, Inc., a private, non-profit organization, is part of a statewide network of Aging Services Access Points and nationwide network of Area Agencies on Aging that coordinate care services to enhance the quality of life for older adults, individuals with disabilities, and their families. Services include homemaking, personal care, grocery shopping, home delivered meals, transportation, and more. Volunteers provide vital help delivering meals, doing grocery shopping, visiting with isolated older adults, helping with budgeting and monthly bills, and advocating for those living in nursing homes.
