Individuals experiencing their final journey of life enjoy reminiscing about the pets they loved during their lifetime. This opportunity provides these individuals the opportunity to experience the love and enjoyment of having a pet come to where they live to visit with them. Our Pet Companion Volunteers utilize their own certified therapy pets for these visits.

These pet visits most often allow the individual to set aside if only for a short while the fact that they may be in their final journey of life.
