Day of Walk|Run Time Commitment: 6:00 am - 10:00 am

Trainings, if any: online - communication via email/phone

OPPORTUNITIES:

1. Decorations preparation - Mid September in/around Carrollton, TX; help with creating and organizing the decorations to be used on the day of the Fun Run.

Roles and responsibilities

All:

• Wear superhero themed clothing on October 13 th
• Preparing decorations / swag bags
• Flexible and adaptable to any role that may need additional assistance
• Taking down signs, moving stalls, picking up trash from the surrounding area.
• Provide race information

Ushers for check-in:

• Handing out goodie bags
• Greeting participants with smiles and answering questions
• Provide race information
• Ushering them to the line-up

Route Monitors-

• Directing runners and keeping them safe along the route
• Providing hydration support, moral support and excitement!
• Keeping the excitement and momentum going on course
• Greet the runners when they cross the finish line
• Cleaning up the area when the last runner passes
• Coordinator warm ups
