Challenge

Total Trek Quest (TTQ) is a fun, high energy program designed exclusively for boys in 3rd-5th grade! TTQ incorporates strength and stretching exercises with training for a 5K. Boys in this program will develop positive peer relationships and feel a part of a team while working toward individual goals. Additional practice activities focus on developing a healthy lifestyle, social/relationship skills, making positive choices and knowledge of the effects of substances such as alcohol, tobacco and e-cigarettes. Our coaches experience many learning opportunities in leadership, teaching, mentoring, and behavior management while guiding their team of boys in exercise and educational activities. We are seeking energetic adults who enjoy working with youth to serve as coaches for this program. We have both virtual and hybrid options available. For more information please contact Lauren Washburn, lwashburn@arborcircle.org.
