The Finance Director is an integral role within the ChickTech Houston chapter. This position supports and assists the chapter leadership in managing all policies and procedures related to chapter fundraising and expenditure. More importantly, this person will proactively support the team in understanding the finance process, educate leadership how best to provide information for bookkeeping, and manage chapter finances. Resources will be available for training within the role and experienced chapter leaders to offer mentorship and assistance.

The perfect candidate for the Finance Director will be enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, collaborative, kind, and trustworthy. A passion for empowering girls and women in technology and the ability to make a sustained, long-term commitment is also what we’re looking for.
