Special Olympics Utah’s 2018 Fall Sports Classic will be held on October 19-20th in Salt Lake City, Utah. Nearly 1,000 athletes and Unified Sports partners will compete during this two-day event and will receive support from nearly 500 coaches and hundreds of day-of-volunteers.
Competition will be held in the following sports and venues:- Soccer and Unified Sports Soccer ( Regional Athletic Complex)
- Bocce ( Northwest Middle School)
- Golf ( Rose Park Golf Course)
- MATP (Motor Activities Training Program) - At all venues

The mission of Special Olympics Utah is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.

Special Olympics Utah is made up of passionate, committed individuals from every walk of life, who recognize the value and unique gifts of people with intellectual disabilities. And who, together, share the common belief in dignity, equality and opportunity for ALL people. Special Olympics Utah involves 2,300 athletes, 5,000 volunteers, 300,000 volunteer hours each year and 16 Olympic-type sports.
