ORGANIZATION: CAP Tulsa

This is ideal for a Tulsa Achieves student, a retired person seeking volunteer work around 0-4 year olds, or anyone that has always wanted to run a lending library, enjoys being around children, parents and staff, and is able to complete basic administrative tasks.

Our Frost Early Childhood Center at 203 W. 28th St. North has a small lending library area. We are looking for volunteers to check out books to children and families, adding books in to the system, keeping the library organized, and helping with administrative tasks on Mon, Tue, Wed, or Thur from 1-3 p.m. You may choose the day that you can commit to every week. If Tulsa Public Schools is closed, Frost CAP school will be closed.

Frost is also looking for volunteers to do special projects and administrative work either before parents arrive to check out books or on other mornings, so if you are not available 1-3, but are available in the mornings, we have a place for you!

The Frost Leadership Team is looking for CONSISTENT volunteers that can work 2 hours a week or more on a CONSISTENT, WEEKLY basis throughout the school year.
