About the CLARE Foundation
Every year, the CLARE Foundation serves over 3,000 clients across all our programs and provides thousands more with referral services to our partners. Since its founding in 1970, CLARE has evolved into a multi-site, multi-service organization that provides a full spectrum of clinical and supportive programs that include treatment for a wide range of substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, as well as mental and behavioral health issues. Through partnerships with local community-based organizations and agencies, CLARE also provides life and work skills programming and transitional housing placement to help clients achieve full independence as a part of their recovery. CLARE currently offers eight highly effective and cost-efficient residential, outpatient, and prevention programs that serve a diverse representation of clients, many of whom would otherwise be unable to afford treatment.
