The Coastal Carolina MATE ROV (underwater robots) Competition is now North Carolina's only MATE ROV competition. We are in need of volunteers to make this great event happen. We need:

  • Event Volunteers
  • Prop Construction Assistance
  • Workshop Educators
  • Development Specialist
  • Judges
  • Event Directors

Mission Statement

The Science House at CMAST is the K-12 Educational Outreach Office that serves the teachers and students of coastal North Carolina. Our mission is to provide innovative STEM instruction and programs to K-12 teachers and students.

Description

We are a small office located within the NCSU Center for Marine Sciences and Technology. We offer teacher professional development and student programs.
We facilitate national and international STEM competitions. Some of our programs are:
