Community's Child has a volunteer opportunity at our Hope Community Center located in North Torrance. This volunteer would assist us with greeting clients, assisting clients filling out paperwork, data entry & filing, child care when needed and the distribution of donations. Must be willing to have a background clearance if you assist with childcare.
Anytime during the following day and hours
Tuesdays: 10am to 4pm
Possibly other days when the need arises.

Description
Community's Child is a nondenominational Christian program committed to providing homeless women with infants healthy alternatives to abuse, poverty, addictions, and hopelessness. The program offers homeless women and their infants a safe, compassionate, yet structured living environments. At Community's Child, women acquire the education, skills training, employment opportunities and support services, necessary to break the patterns associated with homelessness.
