Description
Texas811 is the "call before you dig" non-profit corporation providing utility damage prevention services on behalf of our 1700+ utility members in Texas. One of these services includes operating a contact center to process requests for utility locates prior to digging. Formally known as TESS or Texas Excavation Safety System.
