ORGANIZATION: Break the Silence against Domestic Violence

Holidays of Hope Program Liaison

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and program support to Program Director and Program Coordinator
Maintain regular communication with Program Director and Program Coordinator
Write, edit, and revise program letters/memos as needed for program applicants
Submit request for Marking Collateral requests form to Creative department
Provide weekly updates/reports (WEDNESDAY’S on Slack - HOH channel) to Director & Coordinator on tasks
assigned, actions taken, results achieved
Coordinate meetings and phone calls with the regional leads and/or outreach specialist
Adhere to all BTS policies and procedures and maintain compliance with established internal policies

Qualifications:
Receptionist or office management experience
Planning experience
Exceptional customer service abilities, professional and personal, accommodating to all needs of Director &
Coordinator
Adheres to deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Warm and engaging personality, positive attitude
Organized, proactive, takes initiative
