Holidays of Hope Outreach Specialist
Key responsibilities:
Conducts outreach via phone, email, social media, or in-person connections
Creates and maintains log of activities and communications relating to Angel Family/Angel Donor contacts
Provides weekly update (Wednesday’s on Slack - HOH channel & Task Tracker Spreadsheet) reports on Angel
Family/Angel Donor contacts, actions taken, results achieved to assigned Regional Lead
Attend and participate in team meetings
Maintain close communication regarding the status of outreach efforts with assigned regional lead
Follow up by phone and/or email with families
Adhere to all BTS policies and procedures and maintain compliance with established internal policies
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and Google apps such as Gmail/Calendar/Docs
Excels working in a team environment
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work independently, be flexible, and manage multiple priorities
Adheres to deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication
Warm and engaging personality, positive attitude
Organized, proactive, takes initiative
