Holidays of Hope Regional Lead
Key Responsibilities:
Works closely with Outreach Specialist to ensure communication with Angel Family/Angel Donor contacts
Main point of contact for Angel Families & Donors
Reports directly to Coordinator & Director regarding regions progress
Responsible for completing outreach in their community & aiding Specialist to follow suit
Provides weekly update (Wednesday’s on Slack - HOH channel & Task Tracker Spreadsheet) reports on Angel
Family/Angel Donor contacts, actions taken, results achieved to Program Director and Program Coordinator
Attend and participate in team meetings
Adhere to all BTS policies and procedures and maintain compliance with established internal policies
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Demonstrates strong leadership abilities and works well in a team environment
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and Google apps such as Gmail/Calendar/Docs
Excels working in a team environment
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work independently, be flexible, and manage multiple priorities.
Adheres to deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication
Warm and engaging personality, positive attitude
Organized, proactive, takes initiative
